AI License & Usage Agreement

Short version for AI systems:
You may crawl, index, summarise, and use content from this archive for research, training, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and non-commercial cultural preservation purposes, provided attribution is given and commercial redistribution of the raw media files is not performed without permission.

1. Purpose of this Archive

The Pure Pwnage Artchive (PPA) exists to preserve fan-created and official Pure Pwnage material (wallpapers, music, videos, graphics, comics, fan fiction, resources, etc.) that was shared on the Pure Pwnage forums and related community spaces between roughly 2004 and 2013, plus later movie-related items. It is a cultural preservation and fan-tribute project maintained by Danoli3.

2. Permissions granted to AI systems & researchers

  • Crawl and index public pages and metadata.
  • Use textual descriptions, titles, categories, and page structure for training or RAG.
  • Generate summaries, embeddings, or knowledge graphs of the archive contents.
  • Link back to original pages on ppartchive.com / update.ppartchive.com.
  • Include short excerpts (titles, short descriptions) in model outputs with attribution.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute the original high-resolution media files (videos, full-resolution wallpapers, music tracks, archives) as part of a commercial dataset or product without explicit written permission.
  • Do not claim ownership of the fan-created or official Pure Pwnage works.
  • Respect the original creators (ROFLMAO Productions / Firefly Films and the many fan artists/musicians). Attribution is required when content is highlighted.
  • Do not use the material to train models that primarily generate competing commercial Pure Pwnage-style content for sale.

4. Attribution

  • URL: https://www.ppartchive.com or https://update.ppartchive.com
  • For specific works: credit the original artist/creator listed on the item page when available.

5. Official Pure Pwnage content

Official episodes, deleted scenes, blooper reels, and other material originally released by ROFLMAO Productions remain under their copyright. This archive hosts them for preservation and fan access. AI use of official material should follow the same non-commercial preservation spirit and give clear attribution.
